Rewrite the Map
Settle the West is the relocation engine of the Black Hills Consortium — bringing remote workers and families to 9 partner towns across the Black Hills. We need operators who move people, not push paper.
Your Dollar Goes Further Here
$145,000 in the Black Hills = $210,000+ in Denver purchasing power. Zero state income tax. 5-minute commute. Mountains out your window. Median home price under $350K. This is what real quality of life looks like.
Our Hiring Philosophy
Small Teams, Big Mission
5 staff Year 1. Every person owns outcomes, not tasks. No middle management — you report directly to the founder.
$145K Minimum Base
In the Black Hills — $145K buys what $210K+ buys in Denver or Austin. Zero state income tax. We pay above market because we expect above-market results.
No Resumes
Show us your work. Send a portfolio link, record a 60-90 second video, and book a time to talk. That's it. We hire people, not paper.
Black Hills Lifestyle
Custer, South Dakota. Gateway to Custer State Park. 5-minute commute. Mountains out your window. A 15-acre campus where rural revitalization meets the frontier.
